Verbs
All sentences have a verb. All verbs have a subject.
English has two types of verbs:
-action verbs
-stative verbs
Use action verbs for things people do.
Use stative verbs for feelings, possession, and ideas.
Action verbs example:-
1. I play guitar.
2. I play cricket.
More examples of action verbs:-
Run, walk, jump, talk, sing, speak, eat, drink, cry, skip, pull, push, fetch, give, make, bake, try, bring, teach, study, etc. are some examples of action verbs.

Stative verbs;-
1. I have a dog.
2. I love that dress so much.
Like, Want, Have, Need etc. are some examples of action verbs.
